Guided Breathwork Session

Imagine yourself in the privacy of your own home, lying on your yoga mat, wrapped in a blanket. A pillow is under your knees propping them up just enough so it feels deliciously supportive. You’re wearing a headset and have adjusted it so it’s comfortable. You can hear me and the sound clearly. Your water bottle is within reach and your eye mask allows you to relax into your own inner space.

Integration & Support

After the breathwork session, maybe you feel like connecting with the others and sharing about your journey or you feel like lying back and integrating the healing work for longer.

About your facilitator

Leanne Babcock is a Multi-dimensional Breathwork Verified Facilitator, having provided transformational coaching to people all around the world over the last 30 years.

In 2023, I discovered several large growths around my thyroid and one in my pelvis. Following a protocol of natural healing, someone introduced me to Multi-dimensional Breathwork. Having already experienced breathwork, which I find very powerful, the Multi-dimensional Breathwork literally blew my mind. I wondered how it might impact my health.

I decided to do it daily for 24 days. It catapulted my healing progress. Some of the growths completely disappeared and the largest one reduced to less than 50% in size, a result the specialist said she had never seen.

SOLD. Without hesitation, I became a Multi-dimensional Breathwork Facilitator.

What is Multi-dimensional Breathwork?

There are many different modalities of breathwork, each one unique and offering its own benefits. Some have different breathing patterns, body positions, sounds that you listen to, or sounds that you make. None are better than the others and which modality you should choose depends on what you are looking for.

The Multi-dimensional Breathwork modality involves a blend of binaural beats, 432hz sound frequency, sound effects, positive subliminal messaging, active coaching, and circular breathing… creating an experience where your whole mind and body are engaged in the process.

Healing unresolved ancestral trauma

Why is this releasing and letting go so important?

What has been suspected intuitively for ages and is now researched and proven, is that our bodies carry unresolved trauma from past generations. 

When the body experiences trauma, it reacts to the trauma. This reaction can impact the cells of the body and create a repeated automatic response. Then every time the trauma is triggered, the automatic response happens.

For example, a child gets bitten by a dog and even as an adult, each time he sees a dog, his blood pressure goes up and he feels panicky. That’s a trauma response.

And it doesn’t end there…

What research has found is that, when the cells of the body are impacted by trauma, those cells can be genetically passed on to the next generation and the next generation. Offspring can be born with the biology of trauma… in the absence of the actual trauma itself.

Many of us are carrying baggage that isn’t even ours! And it’s time to let it all go.
