Cancellation Policy
Once you have purchased your place in an event, program or coaching session, there are no refunds. We welcome you
whole-heartedly to participate. All of our events are created to be as beneficial and interactive as possible. This brings
about its own expense and we have business commitments which are non-refundable. Consequently, we are unable to
refund your purchase. Thank you for your understanding and for honoring your commitment.
Rescheduling or Canceling a Coaching Session
When you book a coaching session, you are welcome to reschedule the date if it is in advance of 24 hours before the
session is due. If you request to reschedule or cancel the session within 24 hours before the session is due, then the
session is forfeited and not refunded. If you book a coaching session and miss the session, the session is forfeited and
not refunded.
Waiver of Liability
Part One
During and following any involvement in Leanne Babcock events, courses, programs and coaching, the participant and /
or any person related with the participant’s wellbeing, understands and acknowledges that the participant is fully liable for
their actions, their decisions, the outcomes resulting from their actions and decisions and any injuries they incur.
To that end, during and following any involvement in Leanne Babcock events, courses, programs and coaching, the
participant and / or any person related with the participant’s wellbeing, agrees to relinquish any right to blame or prosecute
Leanne Babcock and / or any persons connected with Leanne Babcock and / or any entities connected with Leanne
Babcock, for any actions the participant takes, decisions the participant makes, any outcomes resulting from the actions
taken and decisions made by the participant and any injuries the participant incurs.
Part Two
Participant does not have any psychological, emotional or physical issue that would prevent them from participating in any
program, course or event.
