I’d have to let go of thinking I’m not enough and that I don’t matter and I’d have to drop old karma and ancestral baggage weighing me down.”

I spent most of my life searching for the holy grail of transformation, when I would be fully self-expressed, enlightened, actualized, and what I discovered is this…transformation is a journey and not a place to arrive. This journey… BEAT YOUR DRUM… is about choosing transformation EVERY SINGLE DAY.
In my work, I source from an extensive pool of tools and methodologies including, but not limited to: Neuro-Linguistic Programing, hypnotherapy, multiple brain integration, ontological coaching, Transactional Analysis, shamanic practices & intuition work.
In the intensive program you are cradled from several angles as you release old habits of thoughts and behaviors bit by bit, day by day. The program addresses your relationship with yourself, the beliefs you’ve held about who you are, your purpose in life, and listening to your own intuition.

Frequently Asked Questions
A “course” and an “intensive” are different.
Each of the 8-week COURSES covers one specific topic. The participants engage in that topic as deep as they want. The group conversations are designed to open the mind to greater insight regarding that topic.
In an INTENSIVE, the participants create their own personal intention which guides the direction of the transformation work to exactly where the participant wants. The participants often receive 1:1 coaching to deepen their transformation work and to reveal deeper levels of their intention. The participants experience mind-altering processes to release, resolve and heal old patterns of thoughts and behaviors… and install new and empowering patterns of thoughts and behaviors. The participants also experience group conversations designed to open the mind to greater insight on many topics.
It is encouraged that, if possible, you not miss a session, however if you do… all the sessions are recorded and you will not miss the content, the insightful group conversations and the valuable sharing from participants. You will have access to the recording for 6 months.
Always. Each week there will be new assignments and at each session, the assignments from the week previous are debriefed and insights deepened.
The assignments are always designed to deepen your inner wisdom and to expand your consciousness.
